Hi I am Elizabeth, your hygienist at Healthy Teeth Dental Care. I am from the Pacific Northwest as I was born in Tacoma, and raised in Gig Harbor, WA. While completing high school and running start I stumbled across a job opportunity that would place me in the dental field, a field I now have a deep passion for. I started working in the back of a great office in 2011 where I was taught the basics of how a dental office runs. Ultimately, this startoff position introduced me to some leaders in the dental community and formed the career I have today. After working a multitude of positions in the office I realized I had a passion for helping patients and I wanted to further my education so that I could be the hygienist providing the care and knowledge. I also knew that I wanted to have children in the future and hygienists can have wonderful careers without having to spend 80+ hours in the office. So off I went to Seattle Central College to complete my degree in Dental Hygiene in 2014. I got married while in school to my husband Joe, who is always a huge supporter of mine. We welcomed our twin girls Heidi and Scarlotte into the world in 2015 and another daughter Mileva in 2017. Now we are busy working parents doing our best to give our children the best. Each day I come to work I value my team members and the Doctor I have the privilege to work beside. I am fortunate to work with a Doctor who has such high standards of care for his patients. Our values and our mission go hand in hand and I cannot wait for you to experience the exceptional dental care you are going to receive here.

Hi, I am Jessica, your hygienist at Healthy Teeth Dental Care. I was born in Tacoma and was raised right here in Port Orchard. I knew that I wanted to be a dental hygienist by the time I was 12. I always loved going to the dentist as a child and loved getting my teeth cleaned. I started as a sterilization technician for another dental office when I was in high school to observe how an office ran on a daily basis. I fell in love with the atmosphere and learned a lot by watching the hygienists there. I graduated from South Kitsap High School in 2008 and immediately began my pre-requisite courses for the dental hygiene program at Pierce College in Lakewood. Before completing my degree, I got engaged to Joey and had my first daughter, Ellie in 2013. I graduated from Pierce College in June of 2015 with my associate’s degree in Dental Hygiene. My first stop after getting my license was at Healthy Teeth Dental Care, where I had previously been a patient. Elizabeth, another hygienist was going on maternity leave and I was given the opportunity to cover her position for three months. During this time, I became pregnant with my second child and Ava was born June 2016. Two months later, a position for a second hygienist, working alongside Elizabeth at Healthy Teeth Dental Care opened up with the expansion of the office. I have been happily working here full time ever since. Elizabeth and Dr. Makadia have been great mentors to me in my new career. I feel very fortunate to be working with such a great staff who share the same passion for patient care as myself. What I love most about dental hygiene is helping each patient have a confident smile that they are happy with and providing education about their oral health. I look forward to meeting you and sharing my knowledge and expertise of dental hygiene with you.

Hello, my name is Danie. I was born in New York and moved to Washington when I was 5 years old. I currently live in Port Orchard with my four-year old son, Cameron and our two crazy puppies; Casper and Thor. My journey to dentistry started when I was a child going to the dentist, I had a great dentist and I was always wondering what the people to the left of me were doing. After graduating high school and working various jobs, I decided to attend the Everest College Dental Assisting Program in Bremerton, WA. I graduated in 2014 and shortly after finishing my externship, I started at my very first dental assisting job and I knew I was in the right field. Later on, in 2016 I found my position at Healthy Teeth Dental Care and I knew I was at dental home with this amazing team. I enjoy interacting with my patients and doing my very best to make it a positive experience coming to the dentist. During my time away from work; I love spending time with my son, family and friends. I enjoy going to concerts, exploring around different cities and watching tv shows/movies. You will always find me laughing and having a good time. I look forward to meeting you!

Hi, my name is Sarah and I am one of the assistants here at Healthy Teeth Dental Care. I was born and raised in Tacoma, WA. As a child I always loved the nice ladies at the dentist that always made sure I was comfortable during my time there. At a young age I decided I wanted to be one of those ladies. That is why I pursued dental assisting at Charter College directly after high school. The program helped me to learn what I do here every day. This is my first clinic I have worked in after college and I am so happy with it. I know that this field is the one I am meant to be in. Now I call Port Orchard and Healthy Teeth Dental Care home. I enjoy making patients time here friendly and comfortable, as well as helping them be confident in their smile. When I am not working, you can find me at the gym or at home cooking. I love spending time with my family, friends and pet bunny, Pancake. I look forward to helping you have a positive experience when you come in!

Hi there I’m Marionette, your friendly hygiene assistant here at Healthy Teeth Dental Care. I have always been interested in dentistry growing up and wanted to make something out of it. I got a late start but Dr. Makadia and this clinic saw something in me and gave me an opportunity to learn everything I now know! I am proud to be an RDA and help all patients have a good experience at the dentist. Outside of work, I spend a lot of time with my husband Cory and my beautiful daughter Quorra. Aside from spending time with my family and friends I love being outdoors hiking, doing photography and checking fun adventurous things off my bucket list!

Hi my name is Kina. I was born and raised in India, living here in state since 1997. I graduated from Federal Way High School, then attended Olympic College in Bremerton for Medical Reception. I got married to Prashant Makadia back home in India. Together we have two wonderful boys. Since we opened the doors for Healthy Teeth Dental Care, I have loved to help with insurance, collection and scheduling appointments. I also like arranging fun events for our valuable employees. During my time off, I love to spend time with my family and enjoy cooking food.

Hi! My name is Elina and I am your financial coordinator at Healthy Teeth Dental Care. I was born in Auburn, Washington and moved to Port Orchard in July 2019 after I married my Navy husband. I started working in the dental field in 2016, I was hired by an office as a receptionist and got trained as a dental assistant by the Doctor I was working for at that time. Growing up, I never thought that I would work in the dental field but learned that I love and have a knack for dental billing. In my free time, I love to go on walks with my husband and two puppies. I also love to go back to Auburn to spend time with my family and eat the delicious Ukrainian food that my mom is very good at making. Summer is my favorite time of the year because I love warm weather! Anyway, I look forward to meeting you and making your experience a great one!
