Important Information Regarding COVID-19

To our patients:

Our hearts go out to those in the community and world that have been affected by the recent pandemic.

We always follow universal precautions every time we see a patient as though they have some communicable disease. In efforts to further protect our staff, patients and community during the COVID-19 outbreak, we have made the decision that we will only see patients who need emergency treatment for the next two weeks. We are planning to be in the office back to normal business on March 31st. It was a hard decision to make but this action comes after taking into consideration the recommendation of the ADA as well as the CDC and federal government in efforts to “flatten the curve” and reduce the number of people infected with corona virus. Closing our doors except for emergencies will also reduce our consumption of personal protective equipment such as masks and gloves that are in high demand and short supply to healthcare workers caring for those with corona virus in hospitals and Emergency Rooms.

If you have an appointment scheduled between now and the 31st, one of our team members will contact you. Please call us back if you miss our phone call so we can reschedule that appointment for you.

Please remember to check the CDC recommendations at www.coronavirus.gov

If you have any questions or concerns, please call the office at 360-329-4657. The phone system will have updated prompts to contact Dr. Makadia for any dental emergency.

We will get through this together.

Stay healthy, stay safe.

Sincerely,

Dr. Makadia and the entire team of Healthy Teeth Dental Care
